Als Werkstudent IT Support (d/m/w) löst du unsere 1st und 2nd Level Tech-Support-Probleme und unterstützt damit das ganze Verimi-Team mit im Wesentlichen folgenden Aufgaben:
Du übernimmst den 1st und 2nd Level Support bei Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkaufgaben (Windows und MAC Clients).
Du hilfst bei der Inventarisierung und Strukturierung der Hardware und Software.
Du arbeitest an der Administration des Office 365 Portals (Exchange, Sharepoint, Azure Active Directory) sowie an Dokumentationen, Benutzeranleitungen und Handbüchern mit.
Du unterstützt das Team auch in verschiedenen Projekten.
Du kümmerst dich um das Equipment für neue Mitarbeiter*innen (PC, Telefon etc.).

Du studierst im Bereich IT oder einem anverwandten Bereich
Du arbeitest gern im Team und hast Lust auf vielfältige Aufgaben
Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission
